On May 5th and 6th, Marina Caponigro, MDT, EFDA, BA and ALL3DS will be hosting a two-day hands-on course that introduces the science and art of esthetic customization of the full arch implant supported prosthesis for dentists, dental assistants, and dental technicians.
Through lectures and hands-on experience, this course provides a learning environment where logic and creativity come together.
Attendees will be exposed to the important basics of:
- Color theory, which enables dentists to be more effective in shade mapping and matching gingival and teeth segments of the full arch restorations while finishing and finalizing restorations with paste ceramics and gum shades composite resin;
- Tooth and gingival morphology required to achieve proper contour and anatomy of the milled restorations during hand milling of PMMA or green stage Zirconia
- Surface texture and its importance in the natural appearance of the smile. Macro/Micro aspects of contouring.
- How to design and create natural-looking, personalized smiles for patients to their age, gender, temperament, etc. text
